Sales Policy

Payment Policy
We only accept e-transfers as a payment method. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete your payment. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and secure transaction. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received.
Shipping Policy
- Canada: All orders include free shipping via Canada Post letter mail (untracked). Orders of 5 bars or more qualify for free expedited shipping. Tracked expedited shipping is available for $15.
- USA & International: A shipping quote will be provided before the order is processed. Some restrictions may apply.
- Processing: Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
- Responsibility: Maestro Cacao is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss of products during shipping.

While the chocolate has been tempered to ensure a higher melting point, it may still melt if exposed to heat. Keep the product below 28°C to maintain its texture and quality. Additionally, be mindful of moisture, which can affect the chocolate. Although the fridge can keep the product cool, it may also make it more accessible to children, so please store it responsibly and out of reach of children and pets. Handling the product with care will ensure the best experience possible.
